FreeCAD-Web v1.0.6

Install files now pin the current image. setup.sh, setup.ps1, docker-compose.yml, the README and QUICKSTART all pinned ghcr.io/virtastic/freecad-web:1.0.0, and the documented download commands fetched setup.* from the v1.0.0 release, so anyone following the docs ran an old image. They now pin 1.0.6, and the download commands use releases/latest.

• Portainer: docker-compose.portainer.yml is an image-only stack you can paste into Portainer, with notes on opening it on localhost or behind an HTTPS reverse proxy that keeps the COOP/COEP headers.
• If you are on an older image (for example an old Firefox “can’t convert N to BigInt” error), pull ghcr.io/virtastic/freecad-web:1.0.6 and recreate the container. A pinned tag is never re-pulled on its own.
• The CalculiX demo page is site-only and is no longer copied into the published image.

The engine files (FreeCAD.*, gmsh.*, ccx.*) are the same as v1.0.5.
